New COVID-19 Procedures
During this time we will not be accepting walk-ins. Please call or email to set up a scheduled appointment.
To minimize the amount of people in the shop, only individual clients with scheduled appointments are permitted inside the building. This unfortunately means no friends, family or visitors during your appointments.
The same applies for consultations.
We can only accommodate two clients in the waiting area at one time, so you may be asked to wait outside until your artist is ready for you.
Please bring you own mask, as you will be required to put it on before entering the shop. We will have disposable masks available for sale if you do not have one. Artists are also required to wear a mask, for your safety.
Once you have entered the shop, please use the provided hand sanitizer near the door. You will then need to fill out an electronic consent form, and a COVID-19 self-assessment.
Please limit the amount of personal items you bring into the shop with you.
During your appointment you are not permitted to eat in the work area.
Snacks and food are allowed, but must be consumed outside, or in the waiting area on the condition that there are no other clients present.
All high touch areas (bathroom, sinks, door handles, debit machine, waiting area, etc.) will be wiped down periodically throughout the day as well as after any client interaction.
A full cleaning of the shop will be done before opening and after closing everyday.
Artists will continue to uphold the highest standards for sterilization, ensuring that their work stations and any items that are not single use, are sterilized immediately after each client.
