• Clients must be 18yrs of age or older with Government issued ID.
   

• All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking.
   

• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations, reschedules and design changes, without proper notice, deposit will be forfeited.

• Appointments can only be rescheduled a maximum of two times, before deposit is forfeited. 

​

• Clients must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
   

• Our artists reserve the right to refuse service based on their professional discretion.
